Overview & Pro Tips

Lamar Cooper offers tire services and vehicle inspections in Philadelphia with a 4.1⭐ rating from 147 reviews. Known for dedicated service with at least one highly-praised mechanic who consistently delivered quality work. However, recent reviews indicate inconsistent workmanship, including issues with tire installations, pricing concerns ($20 for plugs), and quality control problems that affected customer vehicles.

Pro Tips

⚠️ Request the specific mechanic mentioned in spring 2024 reviews - customers made trips specifically for his expertise
💰 Confirm flat tire plug pricing upfront ($20 reported) before service to avoid surprises
🔍 Inspect your vehicle thoroughly after service - verify tire pressure monitors, hubcaps, and plugs are secure before leaving
📅 Call ahead during busy periods - staff availability may impact work quality
