Overview & Pro Tips

Firestone Complete Auto Care in Wynnewood offers convenient online appointment scheduling and extended hours (7AM-7PM weekdays). While some customers praise their streamlined booking process, recent reviews highlight significant concerns with parts inventory management and service delays that have resulted in week-long repair timelines and customer dissatisfaction.

Pro Tips

📅 Schedule appointments online in advance - customers report long wait times (2+ hours) even with confirmed time slots
🔍 Call ahead to confirm parts availability before your visit, especially for specialty items or vehicles like BMWs and Teslas
⚠️ Request itemized estimates in writing and verify all parts are in stock before dropping off your vehicle to avoid extended repair delays
